Exchange and return policy

At Kleymac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to do so.

Conditions for exchanges and returns

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it , unused, with all its original tags and in its original packaging .

  • It is essential to keep the receipt or proof of purchase .

  • Returns of used, damaged, or non-compliant items will not be accepted.

How to make a return or exchange?

  1. Fill out the return form available on our website.

  2. Once we receive it, we will contact you to arrange free home pickup .

  3. Once we receive the items and verify their condition, we will refund you or arrange for an exchange.

Changes

If you wish to exchange a garment for a different size , please indicate this on the form . If the requested size is not available, we will refund the amount.

If you prefer to exchange your garment for another model or color , you must return it and make a new purchase.

Returns for defective or incorrect items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us immediately at comercial@kleymac.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase without providing a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, please write to comercial@kleymac.com. From the moment you notify us, you will have another 14 days to return the order.

The refund will be for the full purchase amount , and you can process it through our free home pickup service.

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund process may vary between 3 and 10 business days after receiving the package and verifying the condition of the products.

As soon as we process it, we'll send you a confirmation email. If it's been more than 15 business days without receiving your refund, please contact us at comercial@kleymac.com.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Items on sale or clearance
