Can a product be returned?
Returning a Kleymac product is very simple. Just fill out the return form and we'll take care of the rest. You'll receive your refund within 7-10 days.
Can I exchange a size or product?
To make an exchange, you must send an email to (kleymac@kleymac.com) explaining the change you wish to make. The delivery company will pick up the product the following day at the address you provide. You will receive the new product at home within 3-4 business days.
Where are Kleymac products manufactured?
Kleymac products are made with the highest quality and sustainability.
All products are manufactured in Spain. One of our defining characteristics is local production.
How do I know my correct size?

How can I receive news about future promotions and sales?
By subscribing to our newsletter, you'll receive updates on promotional activities and news from Kleymac.
Where can I find product information?
To search for products, you can use the main menu by clicking on the category you're interested in. You can activate the different filters for a more limited product selection, or use the search box in the top left corner and enter identifying words such as the item code, color, product type, and more.
¿Cómo puedo seguir la entrega de mi pedido?
En Kleymac, empezamos a preparar tu pedido en cuanto se confirma el pago, para que lo recibas cuanto antes.
Te mantendremos informado/a por correo electrónico sobre cada fase del proceso:
1. En preparación: Nuestro equipo está preparando cuidadosamente tu pedido en nuestro taller. Aún no ha sido entregado al transportista.
2. En entrega: Tu pedido ha salido de nuestro taller y está en camino.
3. Entregado: Tu pedido ha llegado correctamente a la dirección indicada.
